At Estro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Estro account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
